yesterday was a very interesting day.

my good friend's birthday was yesterday and we all decided we'd go karaoke. i sung the milkshake song with by friend and i was singing it so loud i thought i broke my voice.

then it was nighttime and it turned out one of my friends had a bottle of wine and we'd decided to all have a drink to my friends 20th birthday. so it was dark outside, we went to bryant park and each took at least a small cup of wine. me, unaware of the fact i had a low tolerance drank two cups.

and then when walking to time square to get food, i started wobbling and feeling lightheaded. i pretty much wobbled home.

because of that, i had a headache all of today. it took two cups of tea to get rid of it. and i was aching so much i missed my doctor's appointment, even when i told myself 100 times that i would go.

lesson learned: don't drink before a doctor's appointment. or just don't drink period.

well, everything's fine now. i spent the whole day coloring and put three deviations up. i guess its been too long since i updated.

anyhow, i watched public enemies yesterday with my two friends. it was... ok. i expected more of a thrill-ride, but too much screen time was spent on zooming in on johnny depp. i guess if you're a depp fan its ok, but every other character got like freakin 10 minutes of screen time only. ok, except christian bale, but he didn't get a lot of screen time either.

well, i'd rather watch that then watch harry potter. no offense to potter fans.

i'm pretty happy overall, though i didn't really do too much today.

1- i'm a sucker for collecting art. my room is crammed with boxes of figurines and drawings i've bought from people and a have no idea where to put them.
2- i'm not really an anime fan. i just like drawing in an anime style, although


3- i've recently started watching chinese anime on the chinese channels i have at home on saturday. i don't know why. they have cute character designs, that traditional chinese feel, and they're in cantonese, so i actually understand them XD. if you think they make a big deal out of children's games in japanese stuff, well, THEY MAKE AN EVEN BIGGER DEAL out of board games and such in the chinese animes XD. yet, it is still very entertaining to watch.
4- i love video games. my favorites are the tales games and recently, shadow of the colossus.
5- i'm a sucker for simple, cute love stories. no smut or anything like that.

6- at the moment, i'm contemplating on whether or not to buy this tales of symphonia fan comic. it has nice art and i need practice on drawing kratos (its a kratosXanna fan comic). however, i saw three pages of the comic and it nearly burned my retinas off. i'll put it simply, IT WAS EFFING PORN!!!!@#$#$@# dude, i can't be seen with this in the house! especially with my younger brother. i mean i like the couple, but i don't like them THAT much.

but kratos looks so nice in it....... (despair)

yep, rainell is saving money to buy porn. and rainell hates porn.

7- i'm at the moment, irritable. kinda wish i could do more with myself.
8- i wish to ascend to a higher level of greatness and consciousness, whatever the hell that means.
